Each team must have a representative present to reschedule your game at the park the game was to be played at.  If only one team representative shows up to reschedule, a date will then be given to that team and no changes will be made.

 

Cell phone rescheduling by a TEAM Representative will be acceptable if one team is present at rescheduling -- the team representative does the calling, not the park scheduler.
 
All of the parks are losing too many open dates because of teams not showing to reschedule a game. If neither team representative shows up to reschedule then the game is lost.

For games rained out on weekdays (Monday through Friday) --

     Game will be rescheduled that night.

For games rained out on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) --

     Game will be rescheduled the following Monday night.

All rescheduled games must be played by July 31.
